Mirroscope Lamp

Early version of an opaque projector. Made by the Buckeye Stereopticon Co. of Cleveland in 1913.

Originally worked by placing a postcard or photo in the holder, and internal bulbs would project it on the wall.

This lamp does not project, but you can peek inside the opening to view the scene.

Choose the line switch to get light from the bulb and projector; choose the socket switch if you just want the glow of the projector.

26 inches high.
